The questions we’re asked before every kitchen.
How long does a kitchen renovation take?
A kitchen is typically 3–5 weeks on site. Cabinetry and stone carry lead times, so we lock in your selections before demolition and build the program around those dates.
Will I be without a kitchen the whole time?
You’ll be without a working kitchen for most of the on-site period. Where the layout allows we can set up a temporary bench, sink point and fridge space — ask at the quote and we’ll tell you what’s realistic.
Do I choose the appliances?
You do. Bring us the model numbers at selection stage and we set out the plumbing, electrical and ventilation to suit. If something won’t fit the layout we’ll tell you before it’s ordered.
Can you move plumbing and power?
Yes. Relocating sinks, dishwashers and power is normal in a kitchen renovation and is priced in the written scope, so it isn’t a variation later.
What happens if the stone doesn’t fit?
Stone is templated on site after the cabinetry is in, not off a drawing — which is what prevents it. Any remake caused by our error is ours to fix at our cost.
