Can you work outside trading hours?

Yes. Where it is needed we programme the work after hours and stage it so your doors stay open. That is agreed in writing before we start, not negotiated on the day.

Do you work with landlords and make-good obligations?

We can price make-good as a separate line so you can see it apart from the fitout itself, and we work to whatever the lease requires.

What kinds of commercial work do you do?

Office, retail and hospitality fitouts, plus commercial bathroom and amenity work. Recent jobs include a childcare centre bathroom at Quakers Hill and a content studio fitout at South Hurstville.

How is a commercial quote structured?

The same way as our residential quotes: itemised, fixed price, with a written scope and a program with dates. The price only moves if the scope does, and only with your written approval.
